We made more EMS Cheatsheets
🔑and an easy way to get the ones you want!
Hello friends!
Many of you have grabbed our patient acronyms cheatsheet from a recent email - I hope it was helpful. We’ve made a few more cheatsheets, and we’re sending out more of them each week. If you wanted to know “why cheatsheets?,” I’ll explain at the bottom of this email. Recently, we made cheatsheets about:
COPD
Types of Shock
Types of head injuries
Patient assessment acronyms (which you already have free access to!)
Lung sounds
Plus, if you’ve been on the fence about getting an unlimited membership to our test prep (with 2,000 questions and counting), here’s what you’ve been waiting for:
Currently at LaunchPoint, you can now get every cheatsheet we’ve made, plus two months of unlimited test prep for $30. Just to clarify - it’s normally $24/month. Now you have two months, plus our cheatsheets, for $30. Plus we will send you the cheatsheets we’re launching in next two months for free.
A ton of people are testing for their NREMT in the next two months. If that’s you - this bundle was created with you in mind. Jump in! Grab the bundle, or just grab the few items that pique your interest, right here.
Why Cheatsheets?
Two reasons.
What I hated most about paramedic school was not clinical shifts. It wasn’t ride time or lectures. It wasn’t even studying. It was simply gathering all the information I knew I needed in order to study efficiently, which involved flipping through my textbook and scrolling through semi-relevant youtube videos from 10 years ago. I probably spent two hours every week just figuring out what to study, then several hours actually studying. Some of it was wasted. These cheatsheets are what I wish I had in EMT and Paramedic classes. I wanted the most relevant information, packaged in a place that was easy to find and easy to study. I never had the time or knowledge - but now we’re creating them so you don’t have the same problem. We hope to have 100 cheatsheets ready for you in the next year for you to use as you study for your test, or stay fresh on your knowledge in the field, even years into your career. I’ve even used them for my own training this week.
90% of our social content is just clinical or pharmacy-based knowledge that’s simplified and packaged up for you to benefit from. We get a lot of messages saying “where do I get more of this?” “Where can I get cards that look like this?!” - These cheatsheets are our answer to those questions.
It’s 2025. If you’re flipping through a textbook trying to study, you’re wasting some valuable time that you need to spend actually training and studying. We hope these sheets will save you that time.
Start here, grab the sheets you want, leave behind the ones you don’t need, and keep studying - it’ll pay off.
